Tomatin was the first Scottish Distillery to be wholly owned by a Japenese company.
Tasting notes:
Colour - Pale Gold.
Nose - Sweet vanilla with apricot, banana and blueberry aromas. Hints of toasted malt and a subtle trace of menthol develops.
Palate - Sweet and spicy with chilli spice, orange and green apple flavours. These are complimented with a creamy milk chocolate edge.
Body - Light to medium.
Finish - Medium in length, sweet and fruity.
Cask type - 1st Fill Bourbon Barrels.
