Bottled exclusively for the UK, this limited edition is a vatting of two casks (39350 and39351) which were distilled at the Tomatin Distillery on 10th November 2006, and moved to the finest Spanish Fino Sherry butts on 12th November 2015. Baked apple, almond cake and lemon develop into a caramelised toffee with malt and hints of baking spice, resulting in a silky yet fresh finish.
