Tomintoul 15 Year Old, Dram Mor Sauternes Siingle Cask #32
Lying in the Glenlivet estate, Tomintoul distillery is another gem in the treasure trove of Speyside. Although the distillery itself wasn't built until 1964, the village of Tomintoul boasts a whisky legacy spanning centuries. In fact the villagers themselves were "all sellers of whisky, and all drinkers too", if the words of a local minister back in 1797 are to be believed. This delicate single malt pays testament to this heritage with every sip.
