This limited edition gin is lovingly made and crafted in memory of their distillers, the Wilson brothers father. Tommy Wilson served in the Suez invasion and passed away in 2016.
Botanicals include: Poppy Seed, Juniper, Coriander, Liquorice Root, Blaeberry, Sweet orange.
Key features: Sweetness of Poppy with small hint of liquorice , tartness of Blaeberries through the middle with a hint of sweet orange to leave a balanced citrus after taste.
The perfect serve: Wedge of Lemon and Walter Gregor’s Tonic with ice or a Twist of lemon and fresh Blaeberries (Scottish Blueberries)
