Kellerbier, cellar beer from Franconia in Bavaria, is one of their favourite styles of lager– light amber in colour, the right balance of noble hops with a malty backbone and a clean, crisp finish.
Mountain: They dedicate this to Ben Alder, a remote mountain that requires a spectacular overnight camp, their idea of climbing perfection.
