Tullibardine Distillery founded in 1949 in Blackford, Perth and Kinross, Scotland, was set up to produce a light, nutty malt to be used young and aged in refill casks for private labels. Now owned by Picard Vins & Spiritueux, France, Tullibardine malt is famed for high-toned floral notes, suitable to go into first fill casks and proneness to any type of wine finish.

Palate: Syrup sponge meets ginger nuts. Surprisingly mouth coating with spicy vanilla and a hint of fresh cut hay.
Finish: Long for its age. White pepper plays along with oak and barley sugar.
