- "Track 6 tells a story of our time working in Scotch whisky, focusing on distilleries we have worked for in the past and giving a deep understanding of the spirit distilled. Anytime we create a new blend our minimum expectation is that the final product is more interesting and flavourful than any of the individual component whiskies. We have been fortunate to work at some truly stunning distilleries and this was certainly a challenge with Track 6, but we hope everyone enjoys the depth and complexity apparent in this dram."

16% Benriach 1st fill bourbon barrels
30% Knockdhu 1st fill oloroso Sherry butt
19% North British bourbon barrels

Apple crumble with raisins and walnuts coated in custard. Hints of cinnamon and cocoa for a long-lived finish. A taste of time passed.
