Official Tasting Notes:
Colour: Mid-amber.
Nose: A lovely, soft bouquet. Coconut flakes, pear drops and Parma Violet sweets. New York cheesecake dusted with cinnamon. Badda-bing!
Taste: Lengthy Speyside maturation goes head-to-head with big-punching virgin oak. Initially displays an elegance and fragility, with subtle tropical fruit notes of grapefruit and mango. Banana custard. The virgin oak arrives with vanilla, rich honeycomb, marzipan and Hovis digestives - a hint of spice emerges towards the end.
