Il Fresco presents a pale straw yellow colour with a fine and persistent perlage that enhances its lively appeal. The palate is dry yet soft and flavoursome, delivering a harmonious aftertaste that’s both refreshing and elegantly balanced.

Viticulture & Winemaking
Produced using grapes harvested in the second ten days of September, the winemaking process begins with a gentle whole-cluster pressing. Fermentation takes place in controlled temperature tanks and is followed by secondary fermentation using selected yeast cultures to preserve the vibrant aromas and freshness.
