Pale straw yellow in colour with a fine, persistent mousse, it opens with aromas of ripe golden apple and fresh mountain flowers. The palate is soft, lively and beautifully balanced, with crisp freshness and a clean, harmonious finish.

Produced from grapes harvested in September, the wine undergoes gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation before a secondary fermentation that preserves its bright aromatics and lively sparkle.

Perfect served chilled as an aperitif, it also pairs wonderfully with seafood, shellfish, fish starters and light appetisers.
