The 2023 release of their annual spruce brew, this year colliding spruce tips with barley, oats, rye and Chinook hops.
Malty, with notes of orange, cola, cherry and spruce resin. A great beer for the season!
Spruce tips sustainably harvested by hand on 16th May from trees on Atholl Estate, just uphill from Blair Castle.
Even the labels are printed on wood-based Forest Film
