Wasted Degrees Perthshire Cider

The fifth vintage Perthshire cider from Wasted Degrees, created in collaboration with the brewery's community.

This is a traditional, dry & tart cider, a flavour of untold apple & pear varieties and wild yeast. Fresh, locally grown fruit, pulped using renewable power and fermented on the wild yeasts present on the skin of the fruit.

Over the last five years, 13 tonnes of fresh-but-surplus local fruit has been saved by the brewery's community.
