Crafted in collaboration with The Scotch Malt Whisky Society, whose casks from distilleries 5, 9 & 108 barrel aged this beer. Spruce tips are an ancient brewing ingredient. Sustainably hand-picked from trees growing on Atholl Estate nearby the brewery, this recipe was inspired by a visit to the Blair Castle archive.
Expect flavours of coconut, oak, toasted marshmallow, raspberry and heather honey.
