With a hint of vanilla, their rhubarb and ginger liqueur is produced using Victorian rhubarb from their family home on the Isle of Mull. The rhubarb is compressed with stem ginger and a hint of Madagascan vanilla pod before being infused in their Whitetail London Dry Gin.
