Williams & Humbert Pando Fino Sherry
The Tasting Notes
Pungent, intense, and complex aroma reminiscent of the ‘flor’ due to its aldehydic notes. On the nose, notes of toasted nuts, mainly almonds, are perceived.
On the palate, it is very dry, delicate, but with body. In the aftertaste, it leaves a pleasant sensation of freshness
Details
Fino Pando comes from one of the most historic soleras at Williams & Humbert, dating back to the early years of the bodega in 1878. Its distinctive name traces back to the initials P and O, originally marked on the shipping crates used to send this sherry abroad. These symbols became a testament to the winery’s longstanding global reach and export tradition. Over time, the initials evolved into the name Fino Pando, a tribute to the wine’s legacy and its enduring international spirit.
