Tasting Notes:
On the nose – Orchard fruits meet vanilla with a delectable overtone of sherry sweetness. Yummy.
On the palate – Shortbread and scented wood meet cherries and pears. There’s a delightful panoply of flavours and a subtle creaminess to the spirit. The tannins are supple, adding depth to the lush savoury sweetness.
Finish – Creamy fruit flavours drift away, leaving a lingering hint of oak and vanilla. Simply gorgeous, right to the end.
