A rich and ripe Shiraz with juicy red fruits, a hint of spice and smooth tannins. A highly drinkable wine.

Tasting notes: Deep crimson purple in colour. A cascade of wild blackberries, chocolate coated cherries and Black Forest cake aromas with hints of Indian spices. The Y Series Shiraz is a glorious mouthful of South Australia with layers of ripe blackberries and Christmas cake, surrounded by soft, juicy, fully ripe tannins.

Fun Fact: The Y Series Shiraz label depicts fire. Fire is a critical component in their coopering process. Making their wine barrels on site reduces transport emissions and gives their winemaking team better control of the oak influence in their wines.

A wine that pairs well with tacos, burritos and nachos.
