Distilled in 2009, this unpeated Ard-Less whisky was matured in casks sourced from Murray McDavid’s wood partners, including Tawny Port casks from Caves de Murça and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks from Ximénez-Spínola.
After three years of additional maturation, the casks were married together to create a richly flavoured whisky balancing fruit character with layered sweetness and spice.
