The Tasting Notes

Nose

Coastal air and fresh earth, with poached pear, caramel cream, and subtle orchard fruit sweetness.

Palate

Vibrant and oily, coastal notes with minerality and a touch of rind; cramelised apples, white chocolate, and custard creams. lifted by a hint of ginger spice.

Finish

Long and warming, with vanilla, nutmeg and a continuing minerality.
