The Tasting Notes
Nose
The nose leads with coconut mushroom sweets, warm toffee and singed oak.
Palate
The palate is layered with buttery pastries, espresso crema, dark fruits and muscovado. Beneath this there's a tropical depth of ripe pineapple, balanced by a lift of charred barrel spice.
Finish
The finish stretches out with toasted coconut, molasses and prickly nutmeg.

Bottled as part of Berry Bros. & Rudd's The Auld and the Bold collection, this 14 year old Barbados rum celebrates the dialogue between heritage and innovation.
Distilled at Foursquare in 2011 using a combination of column and pot stills, it was matured for 14 years before being bottled from cask #22 as part of this limited series.
