The Tasting Notes

Nose

Strawberries, raspberries, fresh cream, honey, vanilla, cracked pepper and rose water.

Palate

Soft, juicy and rounded, full of strawberry and raspberry jam, Turkish Delight, juicy pears and jelly beans.

Finish

Earthy, spicy and full, ending on scones with jam and cream.
