The Tasting Notes
Nose
Rich raspberry, strawberry and cranberry aromas. Dried ginger and dark chocolate leads to intense orange marmalade. Green apple notes before sweet smoke.
Palate
Smooth and sweet with stewed apple, rich Seville orange flavours, and charred oak gives way to strawberry liquorice.
Finish
Medium bodied, fruity with walnut and subtle smoke.

Distilled in 2003 and bottled in 2025, this 22-year-old release is the first edition in the Benromach Small Batch series. It was matured in first-fill Bourbon and Sherry casks, with a total outturn of 979 bottles.
