The Tasting Notes
Nose
Manuka honey, apple, apricot and peach.
Palate
Velvety mouthfeel with notes of golden syrup, madeira cake, white chocolate, citrus, apple, vanilla and lemon.
Finish
Moderate length with gentle baking spices and lingering zest.
Details
Distilled in 2014 and fully matured in a 1st fill oloroso hogshead. This is not a sherry bomb, the distillery characters of Braeval still shine through - and the taste is a whack of golden syrup, Underneath that, however, digestive biscuits, citrus, apple, vanilla and lemon.
