Beautifully fragrant, ripe orchard fruits, toasted oak and floral notes open on the nose. Fresh lemon rind and citrus orange complement the marine quality of the spirit, with a gentle hint of warm sand a reminder of the whisky’s island origins.
Incredibly smooth and rounded in texture, sweet orange citrus, candied peel, and stone fruits are balanced with malt barley sugar and toasted bread. The oak brings warmth and complexity, with notes of marzipan, coconut, ground almonds and cedar.
Bruichladdich’s signature character shines on the finish. The spirit’s subtle minerality is beautifully balanced with a delicate floral perfume, with lingering notes of ripe stone fruits and citrus.

Bruichladdich The Classic Laddie 10 Year Old is the distillery's signature expression and a benchmark for the Bruichladdich house style. Bottled at 10 years of age, it showcases the character of the unpeated Islay single malt produced at the distillery.
Made using 100% Scottish barley, the whisky is trickle distilled before being matured for a full decade. In keeping with Bruichladdich's production philosophy, it is bottled non-chill filtered and colouring free, allowing the natural character of the spirit to remain intact.
