Mouth-coating citrus and grapefruit peel, green olives, sweet pineapple juice, lemon meringue pie, crème anglaise, beeswax, and local honey.
Long, buttery, and creamy, with lingering oiliness, citrus oils, soft honey, and caramelised barley.

Clynelish Distillery sits just a few miles along the coast from Thompson Bros in Brora, and its whisky has long been a focus for the independent bottler. Known for its oily texture, mineral character and distinctive waxiness, Clynelish represents a classic expression of Sutherland whisky.
This eight-year-old release was vatted from a small selection of casks to highlight the distillery’s vibrant coastal character.
