This Daftmill 15 Year Old was made using Publican barley grown on the distillery’s farm in Fife. Harvested by John and Sandy on 28 and 29 August 2009, the barley was dried and stored on the farm before being malted in Alloa in summer 2010.
The whisky was drawn from 17 first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, distilled and filled between November 2010 and the end of January 2011. Matured on the upper level of Warehouse 2, it was bottled in June 2026 at Daftmill’s traditional Fife strength of 56.3% ABV.
