Daftmill 2009 UK Exclusive Single Cask #38

This Daftmill UK Exclusive Single Cask was distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2021 from single cask #38.

Produced using Optic barley grown in Daftmill's South Fields, the barley was harvested during the final week of August 2006 before being stored on the farm and malted in Alloa during the summer of 2007.

Matured in an ex-bourbon barrel, the whisky was distilled during Daftmill's summer distilling season and filled into cask on 27th July 2009.

Only 224 bottles were produced.
