Built in 2015, on the site of the old Imperial Distillery, Dalmunach is one of the newest and most progressive producers of single malt Scotch whisky. Murray McDavid have waited with great anticipation to share their first batch of barley-rich Dalmunach that they finished in PX sherry barriques from their cask partner Ximenez-Spinola, in Jerez.
