Ashy, earthy and savoury – freshly baked malt loaf, dried fruits and smoked honey glazed ham.
Lovely clean sweet barbeque smoke, buttery toffee with more savoury notes of smoked ham and a hint of capers.
Earthy and rich, fading into charcoal, lingering notes of salted toffee and caramel.
