This is a blend of Rums distilled in the copper double retort pot-still and the continuous twin column stills of Foursquare Rum Distillery and aged for fourteen years in ex-Bourbon and ex-Madeira fortifi ed wine casks. More specifically for the detail-oriented, it is a blend of three aged Rums: a fourteen year-old ex-bourbon cask, a fourteen-year-old ex-Madeira cask, and a dual-maturation comprising four years in ex-Bourbon and ten years in ex-Madeira fortifi ed wine casks. Enthusiasts of Foursquare Rum appreciate this level of complexity and detail.
This excellent expression of Single Blended Rum has been distilled and fully matured at Foursquare Rum Distillery before blending and bottling, presented at 62% alcohol by volume, without chillfiltration, at its natural colour, and free from sweeteners and other adjuncts.
