The beautifully sherried drams from Glenallachie Distillery are quickly attracting a cult-like status amongst whisky lovers. Murray McDavid have selected to bottle two unique examples of this stylish Speysider, both completely matured in different styles of Sherry cask; here they present the lush influences of Pedro Ximénez.

As clear new make spirit, this Glenallachie was filled into a sweet wine cask from Jerez. This lush spirit has developed an attractive auburn appearance and creamy indulgence has infused into this special dram – a beautiful bond between Speyside and Spain.
