Lots of sherry, honey, oak with a developing aromatic sensation. Ends with a heavenly cinnamon nip.

Matured exclusively in sherry casks, their 21 year old Highland Single Malt is Christmas cake in a whisky glass with generous notes of honey, rich fruit and a cinnamon nip on the finish.
In the stillness of their quiet glen, they know that patience is rewarded. For every minute most whiskies spend in their stills, theirs spends three. Only then is it transferred to casks, themselves prepared for six years.
