Rich, velvety honeycomb, salted caramel and treacle, along with delicate savoury umami notes of miso and soy sauce.
Very similar to the nose, with chocolate coated honeycomb, treacle, tiramisu and stewed fruits.
Brandy soaked pears, coffee and walnut cake.
