The Tasting Notes

Nose

Dark caramel, brown sugar, tropical fruits, burnt lemon, and orange blossom.

Palate

Oily and rich with overripe pineapple, rum funk, cereal, orange, toasted coconut, vanilla custard, banana, and oak.

Finish

Long and tropical with toasted coconut, banana, custard, and warming baking spice.

Details

This Highland single malt was matured for 14 years by Thompson Bros. This release was finished for 3 years in an ex-rum cask and is one of only 140 bottles produced. This release was bottled in 2026 with natural colour and without chill filtration.
