Distilled using heavily peated barley (50ppm) from Islay's Port Ellen Maltings, this exceptional single malt was matured exclusively in ex-bourbon casks for two decades. The extended maturation brings remarkable depth and complexity while preserving Kilchoman's signature balance of vibrant peat smoke, citrus and maritime character.
