Distilled in 1988, this North British single grain whisky was initially matured in a sherry butt for 34 years before a final three year finishing period in Pedro Ximénez barriques.
Bottled by Murray McDavid, this long maturation combines the softer character of aged grain whisky with rich sherry cask influence.
