Port Ellen 1979 35YO, Douglas Laing Directors Cut Cask #10355
The Tasting Notes
FDL's favourite! Elegant, sweet earthiness with seaweed. Boat oil and an Atlantic sea-salt tang.
Wonderfully balanced with peat smoke. A citrus 'zing', barley and a milky hot chocolate depth.
Long with a distinct sweet-smoke character, rock salt and a mushroom earthiness.
