Opens round - subtly peated/sweetly spiced - runs to smoke.
Spices continue and some late, sweet, smoky character returns.

A single cask bottling of Port Ellen by Douglas Laing as part of their Old Malt Cask series.
This release was distilled in March 1983 and bottled in December 2010.
One of only 583 bottles produced from a sherry butt.
Natural colour and non-chill filtered.
