Fiji is one of the only countries where the entire distilling process is done by hand, from the cutting and pressing of the sugar cane to the labelling of the bottles. These amazing rums offer an agricole style with a distinctive punch and funk unique to Fiji.

Matured in the finest oak barrels.
Bottles: 285
Nose: Bourbon, vanilla and chlorophyll are immediate but as it opens up you get a very grown up rummy note, it smells like all rums should aspire to smell, strong vanilla, jungle and gently rotting fruit.
Palate: Cold, clean and light. Gently spiritous notes with really complex rooty spices, roasted chicory and burnt caramel.
Finish: Bone dry vanilla and good damn sherry.
