Nose
Notes of fig rolls, date syrup, plums and star anise kick to this year’s Local Barley.
Palate
A savoury element becomes more pronounced on the palate, with notes ofburdock, shiitake mushrooms, tamari soy sauce and liquorice.
Finish
Notes of campfire ash and treacle molasses come to the forefront in the finish.

This 10 year old Local Barley from Springbank Distillery has Been matured in a mix of Bourbon (60%) and Sherry (40%) Casks. Bottled at 55.2% abv.
