The Tasting Notes
Notes of lychee, dried mango with cinnamon and toasted vanilla are followed by a richness of warm toffee and melted milk chocolate balanced by citrus and mint notes. The aroma evolves with time into notes of satsumas and clementines.
Incredibly thick with flavours of fruit syrup, chilli jam and popped buttered popcorn with peach curd on seeded toast. A light wood smoke builds with flavours of dried mint and tarragon creating more depth to the initial sweetness.
Long, lingering orange oil, more of the chilli spice with thyme and honeysuckle and a touch of peat.

Only exceptional whiskies are selected by their Director to be bottled for this exclusive series from The Single Malts of Scotland. Each bottling is aged to perfection, celebrating both the classic characteristics of the distillery and the subtle changes created by time and oak.
Only 142 bottles were produced from a single refill bourbon barrel of Springbank Single Malt Scotch Whisky, which was aged for more than 25 years.
