The Tasting Notes

Nose

The latest release in our sherry series opens with notes of blood orange, brandy snaps, vanilla custard and tinned fruits.

Palate

Notes of cinnamon sugar, fresh mint, praline, morello cherries and lemon curd emerge.

Finish

Notes of key lime, cola bottles and maple syrup round off this dram.

This is the fourth release in a five part series, this Springbank 10 Year Old has been matured for 4 years in bourbon casks and matured for a further 6 years in Fino Sherry casks. Bottled at 55% abv.
