150 years ago, ten thousand Highlanders left Scotland for a new life 'down under'. They took with them their unique cattle, hoping they'd thrive on Australia's rugged plains just as they did back home.
The Highland cow still grazes in Australia today even around their family winery. To honour their favourite shaggy red-haired friends, they have named their wine after them.
The Heilan Coo is full of plush red fruits, backed up by gentle touches of clove, spice and chocolate notes.
