The Tasting Notes
Nose
Crunchy green apples and lemon zest are to the fore. Becomes sweeter in time with notes of Victoria sponge, buttercream and white chocolate. There’s an underlying floral aroma throughout
Palate
Much heavier than the nose suggests, with the fruity notes edging towards tropical. It’s malty with oak-driven notes of brown sugar and light spice.

A UK Exclusive, single cask bottling of Tomatin.
This release was matured in an ex-bourbon barrel and is one of only 238 bottles produced.
Distilled on the 15th September 2005 and bottled 1st September 2025 at a cask strength of 54.3% abv.
This release offers an opportunity to try something unique from the distillery, a bourbon cask only maturation, which you won't find in their core range.
