The Sherry Collection exhibits the unique influence imparted by different types of Sherry casks on the Tomatin spirit in an exceptional showcase. This collection consists of three different expressions finished in Manzanilla, Palo Cortado and Pedro Ximénez Sherry butts, each one selected to highlight the exceptional flavours these casks bring to their treasured Single Malt.
Tasting notes:
Aromas of sticky toffee pudding and espresso lead, while on the palate there are notes of lemon curd with golden syrup and underlying flavours of dates, dried fig and muscovado sugar. The finish is long and warm with notes of rum and raisin and dark chocolate.
