The Sherry Collection exhibits the unique influence imparted by different types of Sherry casks on the Tomatin spirit in an exceptional showcase. This collection consists of three different expressions finished in Manzanilla, Palo Cortado and Pedro Ximénez Sherry butts, each one selected to highlight the exceptional flavours these casks bring to their treasured Single Malt.
Tasting notes:
Aromas of cinder toffee and dried orange develop into notes of milk chocolate with Brazil nuts and toasted fruit loaf on the palate. The finish is complex and tangy with black tea and root ginger.
