The Tasting Notes
Nose
The nose bursts with guava and underripe mango, anchored by mushy banana, vanilla pod and warm teak.
Palate
The palate is bright and oily, pulsing with lime leaf, white chocolate and canned pineapple.
Finish
A lick of green pepper follows, before a finish of salted papaya and lingering estery heat.

Bottled as part of Berry Bros. & Rudd's The Auld and the Bold collection, this 22 year old Guyanese rum celebrates the dialogue between heritage and innovation.
Distilled at Diamond in 2003 in the legendary Versailles wooden pot still, it was matured for 22 years before being bottled from cask #49 as part of this limited series.
