The Tasting Notes

Palate

Delicate red fruits, dried cherry, an a touch of vanilla, with a subtle earthiness thatr speaks to the great terroir of Burgundy.

Finish

The finish is long and refined. with a gentle spice that lingers long after the last sip.

Details

Distilled in August 2013, this Edradour single malt was matured entirely in first fill Burgundy hogsheads.

The Pinot Noir cask influence brings an additional layer of character to the spirit. Natural colour and non-chill filtered.
