The Tasting Notes
Nose
Dominant sweet notes of green banana, figs, caramel with polished oak and leather.
Palate
Mouth coating with banoffee, dates, orange zest, gelatine sweets, earl grey, walnuts and white pepper.
Finish
Long and spiced. Continuing notes of toffee and tobacco, with spices of star anise, nutmeg and angelica root.

Distilled on 7th May 2011 and bottled on 20th April 2026 by Woodrow’s of Edinburgh, this 15 year old Glengoyne single malt whisky was matured in a refill sherry butt.
Drawn from cask #900144, with a total outturn of 115 bottles. Natural colour and non-chill filtered.
