Distilled in 2008, this Highland Park single malt was matured for 17 years in ex-bourbon barrels before being bottled by Murray McDavid.
The extended maturation in American oak casks allows the coastal and gently peated Orkney spirit to develop added softness and complexity while retaining Highland Park’s distinctive character.
